This year has been a year of lasts.  Not what you might think - it is a year for photographing the LAST of high school seniors in TWO families.  The end of an era and the beginning of a journey for each of them.  We are so privileged to be a part of their lives and many seniors to come!

Samantha is the last of four seniors in the family - we photographed the senior sessions for both of her sisters and brother. They are all enjoying their life adventures.  The love of Sam’s life is being an aunt to her sister’s little one - so much so that she included her in her session!  Sam is teaching her dance lessons - so cute in matching tutus!  We also had the privilege of photographing the sister, hubby and little one in the session (and Mom too of course!)  We are so blessed to have worked with this great family for all these years!

The other family has Kayla - the baby of her family as well.  Her two brothers have preceded her in high school senior sessions.  Then we photographed her eldest brother’s wedding last summer and we will be photographing her middle brother’s wedding in June.  To top it off, Kayla is my sister’s daughter!

Both of these young ladies are so much fun - lots of laughter and personality!  Samantha is a dancer, an actor and a great model!    Kayla is a gymnast, home schooler and the best in Customer Service for her local hair and nail salon.  That is what makes high school senior photography fun and a challenge.  To capture their individual personalities, whether quiet or boisterous, athletic or musical, bookish or an actor - it brings out the creativity out in us AND them!
