The process

BEFORE:

Portrait/event design consultation:  By discussing your company's specific ideas and goals for the images, we are able to design a photography schedule that will fit into your busy schedule. This allows us to bring the proper lighting and backgrounds to reflect what you would like to portray about your business. We are also available to consult with your Graphic Artist/Web designer to be in sync with their design concepts and photograph to fit their layout parameters.

Wardrobe consultation:  We will make suggestions that specifically compliment your image. Casual vs. formal attire. Indoor vs. outdoor location. Multiple outfits may be needed to achieve all goals. Our "What to Wear" guide will help with your specific look.

Contract:  Set a date for your session/event and sign a customized contract for desired services.

DAY OF:

▪ Lighting/studio equipment (Lights, light stands, soft boxes, backgrounds etc. as needed for shoot)
▪ A professional Makeup Artist (if contracted)
▪ Individualized posing that compliments your position, occupation and graphic needs
▪ A great sense of humor and people skills create a comfortable environment for everyone. If you are relaxed, your natural smile will be evident.

AFTER THE SHOOT:

▪ We provide a quick turnaround so you will be able to review the edited images online quickly.
▪ After you make your choices, our expert retouching is applied to the chosen images as per contract.
▪ Digital products will be provided via online transfer services.
▪ Print products are available if desired.
